What does the €100/month cover?+
Hosting, domain, email, daily backups, security updates, monitoring, on-call when something breaks, and small changes — copy edits, image swaps, new sections. It's the cost of keeping your site live, fresh and working.
Is the subscription required?+
Yes. The subscription is how we keep your project running well over years instead of months — and it's what lets us keep our prices honest up-front. We don't take on projects without it.
Can I cancel the subscription?+
Yes — one month's notice, no lock-in beyond that. You'll receive everything you need to migrate elsewhere if you choose to.
What's a 'small change'?+
Copy tweaks, image swaps, adding a new section to an existing page, updating opening hours — anything that takes us less than an hour. Bigger changes (a new page, a new feature) are billed at €95/hour.
Are these the final prices?+
Yes — fixed startup, fixed monthly, no surprises. All prices exclude 21% VAT. If we ever need to extend scope, we agree the change first and you sign off in writing.
What does 'one language' mean — why does extra cost more?+
Each additional language adds 33% to the startup price. That's translation, content structure, and ongoing maintenance per language. Most clients start with one and add when they need it.
How long does a project take?+
Mini Site: 2–4 weeks. Pro Site: 4–6 weeks. Webshop: 6–10 weeks. Custom systems: 4–8 weeks. We'll give you a specific timeline after the intake call.
Do you handle photography, logos and copy?+
Yes. Photo & video at €95/hour, logo design from €200. If you have material already, we'll use it — we don't add extras you don't need.
What if it doesn't work out?+
Project work is fixed-scope, fixed-price. If we don't deliver what we agreed, you don't pay the final invoice. The subscription cancels with one month's notice.
Why not just use Wix / Squarespace / a template?+
If a template works for you, use it. We exist for businesses where it doesn't — where the design needs to feel like yours, where the system needs to do something specific, or where 'looks like everyone else' costs you customers.
Where are you based — can we meet?+
Antwerp. We mostly work over video calls, but we're happy to meet in person if you're nearby.
